  2. Serious Turtle: what was the name of the Chateauneuf du Pape that accompanied this feast? It was super tasty.

  3. Le Snarf, I'm glad you asked. It was the 2004 Patrick Lesec Chateauneuf du Pape "Chasse-Temps." It's a good buy and can hold up well to a great meal, although sharing a table with the mint orzo is like playing pickup with LeBron.
